Happy Halloween

This is a first for John and Bella. They knew something was going on just from everyone else excitement. They just left with Ashley, James and Meg for trick or treating. They love taking them and dressing up with them.

This year we have a pink girly cat, Jessie the cow girl, Elmo, Sollie, Bat Man, Malaise in Wonderland and Jason's sister.

Thank you to the sweet Angel that came by today! You know who you are and you are appreciated and love you bunches!!!!

Our grocery budget this week was 26.00. Diapers and washing powders had to be purchased so that took a chunk.

I am working on potty training the kids John will be 5 in January and all he is studying is peeing in his diaper, pull ups and underwear. It has to stop just can't afford diapers anymore and he is to old for them!! He knows what he is suppose to do he even pees in his undies and hides them in my closet!! I think he will go commando tomorrow after the bus stop.

I am going to purchase the products to make homemade washing soap this weekend that should save us lots of money. Laundry for 8 = laundry everyday, multiple loads.

Planning a garden for next year, wish I had of this year.

Making menus for our meals and trying to find other ways to budget in hard times!

Wedding Day

All I can say is what a beautiful day for a beautiful wedding.

Sassy Girl

Bella loves her braids that I did. It has made her 100 times more sassy than she already was. She did not need any help in that department at all! She calls it her Pamar hair (tamar) and loves that she has long hair to swing around like TnT. They will look cute in the wedding Sunday.

Surgery

John did wonderful in his surgery today. Such a brave boy! I let daddy take him back I didn't want to see him get stuck with an i.v. but they have this practice down for kids and they do all the needles after they are asleep.

When he was finished and they called dad back he only saw my dust because John is a mama's boy and I wanted to get to my baby. I was disappointed the doctor gave me his prescriptions and told me how everything went great and that he was 95% blocked. His breathing should improve a lot in a few days when the swelling goes down. I then had to go sit for another hour and wait to see him. We had to take TnT and Bella with us so we were busy the whole time.

They finally called us back for his release and he was so happy to see his mama. The girls all swarmed his except Bella who was jealous with him getting so much attention. He is not in much pain at all and was ready to eat when we got home. We have to keep him calm for 5 days no overdoing it that will be the hardest part!

Busy Times......

We have had some busy days. Lots going on this month.

Ashley moved last weekend.

John went to the eye surgeon Monday. He has Chalazion in both eyes and he is far sighted. It is amazing how they can test small kids eyes so effectively. Right now our course of action is steroid eye drops. Usually after 6 months with chalazion in the lids with no improvement they do surgical incision, John has had them for at least 8 months not sure how long he had them in Haiti. They were not there last June when I visited.

John has surgery Monday to have his adenoids removed. The kids are out of school so we will all be going to the surgery center. Not looking forward to that but no other options.

Big task started of moving TnT to their own room again.

In the process of changing out clothes for the season. It's really chilly here in the mornings now and awesome temps in the afternoon.

I found a dress for the wedding this past weekend, now I need shoes and dresses for the girls and S has to find clothes. We will be looking this weekend, no other options.
