Mom's 65th Birthday!
My brother planned a party for my mom this past weekend and she had a really great time. Even Papa made it out for this event!! He normally does not leave his cows or farm for that length of time. So it was a lot of fun with family. There is a great picture of Papa with all but one of his great grand children.

Our homestudy was great! We were approved for two more girls and our SW was so impressed with T N T. I cleaned like a mad woman and she didn't even look at the house or the girls room to see if there was room for more children! We just told her we plan on bunk beds. I am so glad that is over! We just have to send in forms showing we have taken the girls to the doctor and caught up on shots and we will be done!

The girls have been home now 4 months on the 19th and spending their first night away from home!! I was not ready for this but big sis Ash was so excited about them staying with her so we let them go. I called to check in around 10:30 and Tommy was asleep on the couch and the girls were jumping in the bed!!LOL Ash only thought they were going to sleep! No grand children for me anytime soon!!

Well it snowed here in Ga yesterday and the girls had no interest in going out in it. They just do not like the cold. By morning it was almost melted and the roads safe thank goodness because people in GA can't drive in the snow!

Just last week we were eating ice cream at the Mayfield plant near our house, now the girls really enjoyed that!

It's already the 2nd week of the New Year and I am bummed. No word on files yet and the new law is coming up soon (I think??) It's Haiti so who knows. We have been putting in lots of hours on our fundraising efforts and hope to see the fruit of our work!! (Lord willing). I think we exhausted the cookbooks the first go around so I will be taking them down in a week or so.

On a happier note one of our PAC moms is picking her babies up this week!! Yeah MM! Next month 2 more will probably go home. It's wonderful to see them go home, I know how hard the wait is!! T N T ask everyday if Michelle is coming and talk about how they will share their clothes and they even have dolls named Michelle and Fabiola in her honor. They are truly amazing girls and we are so blessed to have them, I have to say they have me laughing most of the day they are so Funny!! I really worried before they came home how they would struggle to English that is a joke!! they speak great English and I think because they have each other they have kept their Creole. I don't know how long that will last but it would be great when Michelle gets home if they could still speak it somewhat. Only time will tell.......
